Can I use photoflash when taking pictures at the Penguin House?

• Referring to the raising experiences of penguins domestically and internationally, and the long-term observation and evaluation of the zoo staff, photoflashes are not likely to endanger penguins.
• The zoo has lifted restrictions on use of photoflash at the Penguin House. No photoflash signs have been taken down.
